Before you start using the vagina pump, apply plenty of cream to the intimate area. Now gently press the intimate suction cup onto the spread vagina. Suck the air out of the cup by operating the connected vacuum pump - this creates a vacuum. After a few minutes, open the valve on the pressure regulator and let air flow into the cup again. Repeat both processes alternately.
